These are some of the patches for Ratbox 2.0 we use at Spidernet. The list will grow as we have time to develop and features we need :) Please note that I am in no way responsable for what happens to your ircd, your
server, your network, your girlfriend, your monitor or whatever.
Use of any of these patches is entirely at your own risk!
-
ident-actually.patch - Ident
in whoisactually patch
This patch adds the user's (original) ident into
the RPL_WHOISACTUALLY reply.
-
moderename.patch - Mode rename patch
This simple patch renames opermodes +d, +k and +x to +D, +K and +X.
This was done because other patches (will) need +d for deafmode, +k for godmode and +x for masking.
-
twilight-zone.patch - Twilight
zone patch
This simple patch puts you back into the twilight zone instead
of the anti-alz zone when opering up.
-
nicklen-topiclen.patch - Nicklength/Topiclength patch
This simple patch
changes the default nick length to 15 and the default topic length to 255 in the configure script.
1. A person only capable of grinding out code, but unable to perform the
higher-primate tasks of software architecture, analysis, and design. Mildly
insulting. Often applied to the most junior people on a programming team.
2. Anyone who writes code for a living; a programmer.
3. A self-deprecating way
of denying responsibility for a management decision, or of complaining about
having to live with such decisions. As in "Don't ask me why we need to write
a compiler in COBOL, I'm just a code monkey."
